All retail prices listed are firm. We often
accept special orders at no additional charge (especially regular narrows and
wides). However, depending on the needs and materials involved, we reserve the
right to quote special orders on an individual basis. Custom orders are
usually started with a $10.00 premium for one on one consultation (see Outsizes
page). Custom orders may take longer than normal, as long as six to eight weeks
depending upon materials and pattern required.
If you are looking for a store selling
Quoddy Trail moccasins, please see the Retailers List for
a location near you. If you are not near a store, please consider ordering from
this site. We have a generous return policy, and your
satisfaction is guaranteed with all credit card purchases.
We sell our moccasins to qualified retail
buyers across the country. Send an e-mail to Sales
to discuss setting up an account if you are a retailer or reseller.
- Mail Orders
- Orders are sent via UPS Ground and US Mail on a daily basis. Our
moccasins are guaranteed for quality. For folks hard to fit, we are willing
to send
orders back and forth a few times. (We pay for freight out on exchanges, but
not freight in.) We want all of our customers to
enjoy the comfort of handsewn moccasins.
Gift
Certificates are also available. Give the gift of custom moccasins for
friends and loved ones. Visit the Mail Orders page for details on how to
order and tips for how to find the best fit.

- Outsizes
- Special widths and sizes are usually not a problem. Most likely,
you'll fit somewhere within the vast range that we can accommodate ... we
have lasts from Women's 4A to Men's 16EEE. We've been able to fit people
with two different sized feet, high arches, severe bunions, narrow heels,
and more. We cannot fit wider than EEE for men and D for women.

- Repairs
- We repair our own products, and we do not charge for repairs due to quality concerns. Repairs due to wear and longevity will
be estimated upon inspection. New soles, new handsewn wraps, new laces are
common repair issues, and you can check out this page for some of these ballpark
figures.
